1、量產(chǎn)前試驗以確定焊接路徑。由于全自動焊接機器人是按照示教編程運行的,這就要求編程人員先多次試驗,根據(jù)工件焊接結(jié)果進行微調(diào),并確定好焊接路徑,以提高重復(fù)作業(yè)的焊接精度。
